I'd like to resort hop before we head to Epcot one morning. We have a PSB seating at 11:10 in Norway, but we'd need to eat something before then. Basing your decision on xmas decor and light breakfast choices, would you choose BWI, Beach Club or Yacht Club? Where would you eat? Would you walk to Epcot or boat?

Well, at PSB, there will be a lot to eat, so there are a couple of options for you.

There's a bakery on the Boardwalk (http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_bb.htm) where you can get muffins, pastry and coffee. But, if you're REALLY in the mood for food that day, then I highly recommend breakfast at Spoodles (http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_spb.htm).

Will you be driving or using WDW transportation?

Using WDW transportation, you can get to Spoodles early in the morning on Epcot or MGM EMH days. For MGM, you can take the earliest bus to MGM and take the boat to the Boardwalk. For Epcot, do the same and then after rope drop, walk back to the Boardwalk. In either case, you're looking at about an 8:15 breakfast.

Forgot to mention - time for PSB is 11:10am, so we'll need food before then. It will be a Saturday, so EMH should be MGM. How early does Disney transpo start? Are there buses that only go from resort to resort?

Buses start around 7am for EE parks. There are NO buses that go between resorts, so your best option is the bus/MGM/boat/BW option for an 8am breakfast at Spoodles.
