I Got My CRT PS This Morning!

Hurray, I got my CRT PS this morning. When I first got thru to WDW Dine I got a message saying that there was alot of calls coming in but I just started following the procedure from DC (Dialing 1, 2,...). Nothing happened, the recording just went on, so I hung up and dialed again, got the same message but this time listened. After that initial message played I got the actual first message and was able to use the DC procedure perfectly. I was then put on hold and got worreied. In about 5 minutes I got a message saying that if I was hearing this message that CRT was most likely full, but stay on hold if I was trying to make any other PS. Well I did stay on hold for about 15 to 18 minutes and got thru to a person. I immediately asked for a PS for CRT and what do ya know, they had one! For 10:10am on Feb 19! I was pretty shocked. After I made my resv. I asked how many PS's were left and he told me it just sold out. Well just wanted to let you know that 1st message fooled me.

Congrats! That's one of my favorite character meals. We've done it 3 times, but unfortunately, my DD didn't want to do that this time. Oh well, maybe next time. I hope you enjoy it!

I only found out about it after our last trip. I think my DD will really love it.

I'm sure she'll love it. My DD is funny about that character meal. We've done it w/her 3 times. We had PS another time and she made me cancel it the night before to have bfast w/Pooh at Crystal Palace. When I called to cancel, they didn't believe me and called our room back 2x. They said it was the first time anyone canceled it. Leave it to my kid, lol. This trip she picked a few others she wanted to do, so we didn't even try for that PS (sniff, sniff) I love that one. How old is your DD? Mine will be 8 in Jan. Growing up too fast.

Congratulations! We loved CRT and are going to try for it on our next trip. It feels so good when you book it---I love that feeling.

She is 4. The only CB we have done have been Chef Mickey's and Donald's RS which we will also do this trip, but I believe CRT is gonna be awesome. We will also do 1900 ParkFaire.

Aw, at 4 she's definitely goning to love it. My DD still likes Chef Mickey and Donald's RS (actually I think that's her fav). She also likes the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club, we did that our last trip and we all enjoyed it.

Anyway, congrats on your PS - your DD will love it!!

I also was very lucky and got one on my first try!! I actually tried to follow the DC procedure but must have hit a wrong button. I was immediatly connected to Victoria & Alberts!?! I quickly said "breakfast at Cindy's" and the guy said he would connect me to the right number. Got 8:55am PS next Thursday!!! Maybe that is a new strategy. Didn't have to go through all those prompts about last time I was at WDW...

I bet your DD IS going to love it, especially at the age she is! Character greets and character meals are really something for younger kids, since most of them think that the Cast Members playing the characters REALLY ARE the characters! It is almost priceless to see their faces when they see and/or meet the characters, especially their favorites!
