I was with DisneyTeacher thinking that a room discount would outweigh the dining package but if you can get a discount on the room package = room only discount then I'm all for doing the dining package. We always have at least 1 sit-down meal a day so we would come out on this very easily.

Keeping my fingers crossed!! The dining package would make the trip easier, that's for sure. I am just not sure how much we would really save in the long run. However, it would be great to have our meals paid for before we arrive.

I was a little disappointed in the package.
I didn't use any counter service meals last year when we went.
We did however, do alot of Character Breakfast's and Dinner's... that's what I was looking for!!! The snacks always come in handy, your always buying popcorn, ice cream etc.... But we ate a BIG breakfast skipped lunch and then had a BIG dinner... Wish we could customize it to our liking... think the plan would go over well with the public... even the 2 wishes a day was better, IMO.

I totally agree w/ customizing it to the way we want it!! I think that would be a money maker right there!! We do the samething, we eat a big breakfast and just a snack for lunch and then a big dinner.

I'm kinda bummed that we can't consider this because we are not buying a package (We are DVC and AP people).
