Magic your way plus dining!!!

Thought I would let you all know what I found out about the new dining plan!!

We are going to WDW next December and since our trip in September was cut short we have enough tickets for part of our trip for next December. We only need 1 day for each of us! Well today I found out if you book a Magic your way even 1 day for everyone in your room you can book the dining plan for the whole trip! The dining plan prices are unbelievalbly great!!

So I booked 7 nights at the POR with 7 days worth of dining and 1 day to the parks!! I was so excited to be able to book the dining part! That is one thing I always loved about Disneyland they have always had a great dining plan and having it prepaid is great!

I just thought others might be able to use this info!!!

I agree w/you on this dining plan!!! We are going in June (can't wait) and it is great to know that when you get there money will not be an issue cause the whole trip will be paid for!!!!!

WDW or DisneyLand? I looked at the plan for Disneyland and it was great, but I didn't see anything for WDW

WDW now has it too!! You have to book it with a package and everyone in your room has to have the same package!

Go to Walt Disney World website and enter in the search Magic your way plus dining!

That is the thing I like best about the new packages. You can now pick the length of your park pass and what you want on it. Kind of like the old Burger King slogan, "Have it your way".

The plan for Disneyland is stupid compared to anything at WDW. I fell for it again, but might still make it work. They give you a bunch of coupons worth various amounts, so you're juggling coupons and adding up things in your head. Afterwards, you realize, you've come out on the down side again. Compared to the old Gold plan at WDW, I just don't know why something similar isnt available at Disneyland. Now, I've been hearing that Disney has cut back on the locations that are part of the new MYW Meal plan so that you're burning two meals for most of the sit down restaraunts.

Soundgod - that is only true for Epcot. The sitdown restaurants are included most everywhere EXCEPT Epcot. (for which, you can still go to a few sitdown restaurants there, too...)

Rumor has it that the new meal plan at WDW is causing DL to rethink it's dining options. Don't be surprised if you see the Disneyland dining plan introduced sometime soon.

Mickey, if they do that, I hope Disney Travel will be kind enough let me switch without any penalty. I also hope it happens before the end of May.
Erin, with my luck, the places I want to eat at will ALL be two meal coupons for one meal. Maybe I do some math and figure out if this is when I buy into the Disney Dining Club and get off the plans. Or not.

So, you buy one MYW day ticket for everyone in your room, but you can still purchase the dining plan for all 8 days you're there? That's interesting... . I'm not a fan of the new dining program, but I wonder... .

no, you can not get the meal package if you have an AP. I think that stinks.
