I got this in my Passporter newsletter:

"A new character breakfast geared towards boys will be tested over Mother's Day Weekend at Walt Disney World. The Mother's Day Brunch at Epcot will feature Disney "Heroes" such as Mickey Mouse. Aladdin, Hercules, Peter Pan and others. This event will take place on Saturday, May 7, 2005 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Sunday, May 8, 2005 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Call (407) WDW-DINE for Priority Seatings. Rumor is they are going FAST! "

Wow! That is great news. I have always wanted a character meal with more boy characters. I hope this ends up being a regular character meal, the boys need one.

Doesn't seem like enough time though for alot of people to get a shot at it.
And it's only 2 months from now.

Hey, I'd like to have breakfast with Hercules...

I'm so glad they're doing this. I love all the Princess stuff but I agree, there needs to be plenty for boys too. What other characters do you think would be there?

Ooohh...and we're going to be there that weekend. Trouble is I'm not planning to be in Epcot either of those days, and I've already got Hoop Dee Doo booked on Saturday and a Brown Derby Fantasmic! package on Sunday. I knew DS would love it, but not sure I want to rearrange the schedule...I guess if it's a hit we can be sure to reserve it next time. This does make me very happy, though! Thanks for sharing the news!

Let's hope this is successful enough to convince the powers that be this is a good idea. I'd love to see more things geared towards boys.

I'd like to see Cobra Bubbles at this meal. Wouldn't it be cool, some huge football-player built tough guy walking around in a black suit with sunglasses telling boys they'd better eat their vegetables if they want to grow up big and strong!
