Ohuna? IS this good?

We have a group of eight and would like to know if this is a good place to eat? How does it work? Is it one price?

Re: Ohuna? IS this good?

'Ohana is a GREAT place to eat! It is great for larger groups too, because it's one place that doesn't usually have a problem seating everyone together. Yes, it's a set menu price...it's all-you-can-eat, served essentially family style which means they just keep bringing it to you until you're stuffed. I don't know if the prices have changed recently, but the last time I ate there it was about $23/adult (that includes non-alcoholic beverages.)

'Ohanas is the best. Make PS around 7-7:30. Best place around for fireworks!

Re: Ohuna? IS this good?

'Ohana is a must do for us. I think the service is good and the food is great. The food just keeps coming, and coming so make sure you are ready to eat. If you have any picky eaters they can order off a different menu. My son doesn't eat much meat so we get him an order of fries and we are only charged a couple of dollars for the fries.

Re: Ohuna? IS this good?

As far as I know it's deveined but you have to peel it. I love the shrimp, I could go and eat just that--yummy!

He must be just like my son, he eats fries when we go out to eat and that's just about it. I asked for the fries to be extra crunchy because they are cooked at a different location so the time they are out of the oil is longer than at most places.

This is a great question, as it applies to my DS too, and I am by no means a cook -- but could someone please explain to me how a shrimp can be deveined but NOT peeled??

Re: Ohuna? IS this good?

I believe the shrimp is cut down the back side to remove the vien. The shell remains on split in the middle.
