I have been trying to use "Atomic Time" to get in exactly at 7 AM to make my reservations and have missed the past two days. Tomorrow is my big day to get CRT B-fast. Any suggestions on how to get in the cue faster??

I'd start calling a few minutes beforehand, and keep pressing redial until the line opens up.

After the whole opening message hit 1-1 as soon as the words "Thank you for your patience and understanding." are finished. By doing that you are getting past how many times you have been to WDW if you are a return visitor and the question about V & A. Once you get through you are in the queue---DON'T hang up.

That's exactly what I do and how I got my last PS for CRT.

We also used multiple phones. We have two lines in the house and we also used mine and DW's cell phones.

Whichever one got through first (it was DW's cell)

We got the very first seating for CRT!!!!

Oh my gosh, good luck. I know when I was calling for PS', by 7:15 or so a message would come saying that CRT was most likely all booked. I couldn't imagine trying to get that PS. Sometimes, I am thankful I have a DS who doesn't want to eat in the castle. Someday I will get to go, but not right now.

Wow Matt, that's a great idea! Next time I'm going to have Pete trying to call at the same time. After all, why shouldn't he pull his weight since it's he who wants the PS anyhow!

I just tested the 1-1 theory and it worked better than this AM. I knew the prompts to get through all of them quick, but not the way you could bypass the bunch of questions. Thanks. Also, it looks as if we will have four phones going tomorrow AM with some extended family help as well! If we don't get it I don't know what to try next. CRT PS is harder to get than any concert tik I ever have gotten!

Here is what allearsnet suggests about getting PS for CRT:

Best strategy for getting PS for Cinderella's Royal Table Character Breakfast.

You MUST call exactly 90 days before the date you want to dine at the Castle for breakfast. And, you MUST start calling a couple of minutes before WDW Dining opens (7 AM, on all days including weekends and holidays. All times are US EASTERN).

There are two possible greetings:

a) Thank you for calling the Disney Reservation Center. Our office is closed... (hang up immediately as soon as you hear the words "Our office" and hit redial immediately).
OR
b) Thank you for calling the Disney reservation center (pause). You're in and on hold! Wait! Do NOT hang up or you will lose any chance of a ressie!

Please note that as of October 2003, there is now a series of questions being asked. There is no way around them so listen carefully and press the buttons in response to each question.

Upon speaking to a "live person", interrupt the lucky CM and blurt out "I need Cindy's, for June xx, for x people, any available time". The CRO rep will understand your temporary rudeness, and you'll make up for it later with endless amounts of gratitude... Don't try and pick a specific time. Any delays will seriously hinder your ability to get a PS.

Use the 407-WDW-DINE (939-3463) number to directly call WDW Dining so you don't get caught in a transfer cue from CRO. This can amount to up to a 12 second delay in getting to Dining.

You will also need a credit card and there is now a cancellation policy.

Boy, the things you do for the DD's!!

The 1-1 thing does work and you get in the queue a little faster. When we booked it last summer we had 2 cell phone and the home phone calling along with the 2 other families we were going with. We all got PSs for 8 every day we tried, it almost seemed too easy. I am already starting to get nervous about calling for CRT next week, I love the challenge but at the same time my stomach does that little flip thing.

yeah, mine too! We got it last Febuary with no problem, similar to what you said, but this year so far I am 0-2! I tend to practice before the actual day of the event, but tomorrow is 90 days out so it's put up or shut up and I am getting that stomach thing as well!!

This is funny because when I got the CM on the phone, she didn't say hello, she said "What time for Cinderella's Royal Table?" And I was calling the cast line too (which means no delays, no questions to answer). I did get my first choice too (9 am).

I was grateful because it was 4 am my time...

Good luck tomorrow!! Don't hang up if you get a message about 7:15 that CRT is most likely sold out. Lots of people have gotten that message and have still been able to book PSs when they got through. Don't forget to ask about lunch if breakfast is sold out.
