I will 3rd this. We ALWAYS make our PS for 11:15 to 11:30 and have never been rushed out. There is lots of fresh food and the characters keep coming as well. The only thing they do after 12:15 or so is close down one side of the buffet line.

Yay! This is great to hear because we will be there on my sis's last day for an 11:10 brunch and plan to just take our time, because next on the agenda is getting her on the Magical Express--around 2:00. I am excited to hear we will have more time with the characters and there will still be plenty of fresh food.

Agree with all this. We did late breakfast at Ohana and were not rushed. We were one of the last few parties there and really got fussed over by the characters. And the food never stopped coming (until we exploded).
