Terribly important Chef Mickey's question

When we hit Chef Mickey's our reservation is at 10:50 AM. I've read conlficting reports that CF closes at either 11 or 11:30 AM. My question is when do they actually stop serving or bringing out food? I like to have long leisurely meals and in my mind there are few things in this world more annoying than being rushed through a meal. If the buffet is still going until noon and fresh food is still being served I should be okay. ANy sooner though and I may have to have a good long cry (or just change the reservation).

Re: Terribly important Chef Mickey's question

I'm sure that simply means that they stop seating people after either 11 or 11:30. I can't imagine seating someone at 10:50 and then telling them they're poo out of luck.

Re: Terribly important Chef Mickey's question

We have had ressies here at 11 and 11:15 and there was lots of great food and we did not feel at all rushed. I love eating a late "brunch" here because it really holds us off until dinner.

No worries hun, like they'd be able to kick us out.

We always try to get a late breakfast seating, and we never feel rushed, and the food has always been fresh and plentiful.

Re: Terribly important Chef Mickey's question

My fave time to eat at Chef Mickey's is with an 11:00 or 11:30 PS on our last morning...and we ALWAYS fill our plates over and over for a loooong time until we're too stuffed to possibly move! (We want the food to last us during the flight home. ) They are always popping up fresh platters of food, so I'd have to agree with what others said...I think they just stop seating people at 11:30, but the kitchen doesn't stop cooking!

So Hakuna Matata! You'll have plenty of time to dawdle, and plenty of food to stuff your belly with!

Brunch at CM is fantastic. It was our best dining experience of our trip (and there was a lot of good experiences!).

Does Chef Mickey's actually serve breakfast as late as 1pm? I've never heard of ANY WDW restaurant serving breakfast that late, let alone Chef Mickey's! If so, is this a regularly-scheduled breakfast schedule, or only on select days?

Yes, brunch at CM is great. In fact, the further we got into the meal, the more visits we had from the characters, because the all the other guests were clearing out of the restaurant.

Re: Terribly important Chef Mickey's question

I am thinking about booking CM for 10:45 for brunch, it that late enough that the other guests start leaving or will they still be seating people?
