It's almost time to book our PSs for our day at Epcot (or whatever they are called now). We have a plan for dinner, but I need advice on what time to book Chef Mickey's for breakfast. We are staying at the Renaissance at Sea World, and DH and his friends need to be at Guest Relations at Epcot by 9:15am at the latest for their Segway Tour. I plan on driving to Epcot from the Renaissance, parking at Epcot and then having DH and friends go on to Guest Relations while I hop on the monorail with the kids to go to Chef Mickey's for breakfast. What time do we need to leave the Rennaisance to get there in time for DH's tour, and what time should I make our PSs for?

I would allow 45 minutes to an hour to get from Epcot to Chef Mickey's. A 10:15 PS should be no problem for you to make. Sorry, I can't help you with the off-site travel.

You are not too far behind us, we are making our PSs right now. My DH and his friend are also doing the Segway tour during our stay.

Don't you just love hitting the 90 day mark??

do you mean you want to eat breakfast BEFORE the tour or do you have to meet your DH AFTER the tour??

My plan was to do the breakfast with the kids while DH did his tour.

Bumping this up - Anyone know how much time to allowe for travel between the Renaissance at Sea World and Epcot, allowing time to park etc?

No, I don't hit the 90 day mark for our Epcot day unitil next week.

I would think no more than an hour will get you to Epcot from the Sea World area. We have gone to Sea World and it seeed like it was no more than 20 minutes form WDW area. Plan an hour and you should be fine. If have other park days before this day you will gat an idea of how long it takes to get on property and you can plan around that.

I think you can make it from the Sea World area to Epcot and drop your DH off in an hour or less. There are too many factors to get too close on the time and I haven't been to Sea World in a long time. Traffic is the main issue, it just can't be predicted. At that eary hour you may be fine and it should take about 30 minutes to get to the WDW area.

After you drop your DH off you have to get the monorail to the TTC and then you have to get the resort monorail to the Contemporary. I always allow 45 minutes to an hour to get to a PS using Disney transportation.

Disclaimer: I DO NOT like to be late so I always allow too much time so I am never late. If you are trying to get this narrowed down I may not be the person to ask.
