PS name change

did anyone hear about this yet? i was just on allearsnet and came across this:

Priority Seating become Advanced Reservations

After years of being called "Priority Seating" and confusing guests, Walt Disney World has finally changed the name of dining reservations to "Advanced Reservations". This change is effective immediately. The process is exactly the same as before, no change to how far in advance you can book the Advanced Reservations.

aaahhhh! it's gonna take such a long time to call PS advanced reservations now. AR instead of PS. hmmm....

Yeah, been that way for a while. I don't know why they changed it.

that's so odd. i made a PS a few weeks ago for LTT for our first visit at MNSSHP and the cast member didn't correct me. hmm

LOL! They're probably still calling them PS's themselves!!

Think of the poor guy who owns the website called "PS Calculator"!

I'm assuming though, that they haven't really changed what they are. It's not really a reservation with a table set aside, but a spot in line ahead of the ones without AR's. Yes? Considering the amount of people in a park on an average day they couldn't make them real reservations.

Nothing's changed except the name. Rules are exactly the same.
