Re: Dining Plan review - Just back from WDW

Years ago we went on a meal plan and it covered a certain dollar amount and only one character breakfast. This new one is great. We did go ahead and book our TS last night for the end of July and I was supprised at how booked they are already. We did get the places we wanted but had to alter our times to get in. The one I thought we would have the least problems with was the most booked...AK Rainforest. This time I don't need to look at the dollar amounts on the menu! Yep, and I plan on getting my appetizers and deserts too!

Does anyone know about the Garden Grill Character Meal in The Land at Epcot? Or Ohana at Ploy?

You do need to keep in mind that July and August are vacation months, and in spite of the tropical weather, the parks and resorts do fill more than October. The AK Rainforest is always a mess, it's the only real table service at Animal Kingdom, so everyone wants to eat there.

This is all great news. Gracie, thanks for the info. I'll go for the cappucino!

Thank goodness we have all or our PS's (I mean AR's) for every TS meal. I didn't use the plan to pay for HDDR because it only costs a little over $50 and counts as two TS's. I am so looking forward to LeCellier. It's really good to hear that the plan seems so easy to use and pretty flexible.

I am having trouble fitting in all the CS meals, amazingly!
