all those who have picky eaters question
ok, my son(age 23) and brother (age 57) now have reservations with the free dining. They are both very basic meat and potatoes type people. My son's favorite place to eat is Outback. Can anyone recommend places? Here are the ones I thought
Le Cellier Hollywood and Vine Dinner Concourse Steakhouse Trail's End Buffet Whispering Canyon Cafe Thanks for all the help. |

I am a very picky eater. I would add to your list:
50s Prime Time Liberty Tree Tavern Chef Mickeys

Re: all those who have picky eaters question
Picky eater...meat and potatoes are my thing..lol I also would like to suggest Momma Melrose. It's not a steak and potatoes, but they have excellent flat bread pizza and plainish pasta dishes. How about Hoop de doo? That's as basic as you can get and a good show to boot.

if momma melrose pizza doesn't taste like papa john pizza, I think it's a lost cause. I have asked several questions on their behalf. Although they have both been to disney, the last time AK wasn't even open. And you know how much things have changed. My biggest fear is that they think of disney as in the "old" days of not needing ADR's (?) and the ultimate park hopper ticket. My son almost freaked when I told him you need to think about where you would like to eat now. |

The meat part sounds good, but the green beans, fried wonton, etc. won't work. For myself, I can't wait until Dec to try O'hana. |

Re: all those who have picky eaters question
I am a very very very picky eater but everywhere we went in disney i found something that i liked. Even O'hana was great! But my favorite was whispering canyon cafe. The food is so good that i am sure they will find something there to eat.

They were delicious. The Rose & Crown in Epcot might be another choice. Tusker House at the AK has a very good rotisserie chicken. Earl of Sandwich at the Marketplace in DTD is GREAT and very cheap Planet Hollywood - I had the best cheeseburger there - and it came with mashed potatoes.

Re: all those who have picky eaters question
Oh... and for meat and potato people... Le Cellier in Epcot is a great choice! And remember that lunch is always less expensive than dinner, so you can have a late lunch that will last you for the rest of the day or until time for the snacks (pastries from Norway, churros from Mexico or goog ol' pop corn!) to watch IllumiNations!
Ciao, Alfredo
