How much time for Chef Mickey's?

If we (myself, DD10 and DS7) have an 8:00am PS at Chef Mickey's, how long do you think it will take us to eat (not too rushed), hop on the monorail and get over to EPCOT? We're hoping to get to the park within an hour after opening.

We did this with a 7:45PS on a Sunday in May of this year, and we were on our way almost exactly 1 hour later (at which time the line outside Chef Mickey's was incredible), so I would guess that you would get to Epcot around 9:30.

I also would agree, 1 hour is just about enough time for breakfast at Chef Mickeys.

My DS is a SLOW eater, so we usually spend a little more than an hour there, but when we have a breakfast PS, we do try to rush him along so that we can get to the parks at opening. That said, you should be good with an hour.

About one hour for a buffet is more than enough. Any more, and you'll be shoving in food just to eat it. Then you'll be stuffed and unable to enjoy being in the parks. You should also have met all the characters who are there in that time and the kids will be happy and ready to go.
