I Got It All! - New Policy Worked!

I AM SO HAPPY! I called this morning and was on hold for almost an hour, but it was worth it!

NOTE: WE ARE 92 DAYS OUT! At first the CM told me that I would have to call back on Wed. I explained to her that a CM yesterday told me that I could do this today. She told me she was very sorry but it is a new policy and they must not have understood. I told her that I was sorry but could she please double check as the CM I talked to has a reservation herself and was waiting for today as well. She put me on hold and came back to say she was sorry and I was right.

And what is even better I got CRT and LE CELLIER, with no problem - all tables for two! Also got 1900 Park Fare, Princess Storybook Breakfast, Chef Mickeys, FANTASMIC at Hollywood & Vine, The Crystal Palace and Donalds Breakfastauraus. The only one that we did not get was Marrakesh and we have to call back tomorrow for that one. We want it for October 27th and they are only booking through the 26th today.

We have the dining plan, I was hoping to use that for the FANTASMIC package at Hollywood and Vine and we could not. I booked it any way! They said you can only use the Premium Dining Plan for the FANTASMIC package.

What a relief to have everything we wanted and all in one phone call. And I still cant believe we got CRT that easy! THANK YOU MICKEY!

I had a bit of a difficulty making my CM realize that even though I was booked on DVC points I should still receive the advantage of 10-day ADR booking. Once she called her supervisor over it was worked out and I have everything set up, too. :) Congrats to us!

Congrats!! What a great new tool!!
That is dumb about the Fantasmic package having to be on the Premium plan though.
Oh well, It was a great feature last year when I used it!

Like every new program that WDW puts out, it sounds that everyone wasn't on the right page to start with. I am glad it was quickly sorted out and you got all your PSes that you wanted. Hopefully, I am just as lucky next Thursday.
