I have to agree with everyone else. We have been many times and even knowing where everything is that is cutting it too close. You don't want to be stressed out about missing your PS.

If you are eating at your resort or if you use Quicksilver like disneyguy did, then you might make it. Too many ifs for me.

I think you will make it, but you may get a "rushed" feeling, I would not expect to leave Philly on time, I have flown from Philly to Orlando 6 times since 2000 and the flight seems to always leave 30 mins late, we always get a 6:30 am or close to that flight, we have used US Air and AirTran, I would factor in being 30 mins late taking off.

So with that said, if you land at 11AM, and get to the gate by 11:15 then go get your luggage, which seems to take a good 30 mins and then you get transportation to the hotel which will take 45 mins or so and then check-in, at an All Star it is longer then OKW for example, I would say you would get in your room, if it is ready, by 1-1:30, then you have to get to your PS, which may take time depending on where your PS is at.

If your using Magical Express, that should cut down the time some as you won't have to get your luggage.

That has been my expereince, other people may hae had better luck.
