Re: Character Meals
We always do Chef Mickey's and it's great for lots of character interaction. We tried Liberty Tree Tavern for the first time a week ago and it was great but not a buffet. It was more like Thanksgiving dinner--yum!

Re: Character Meals
We really liked Chef Mickey's. They seem to spend lots of time with you (compared to other ones I have been to) and they keep circling the restaurant so that you get to see them more than once if you want. They also have good food - a bonus for the adults.
When the music kicks it up a notch the characters start to dance a little and you are to swing your napkin around. This might be fun for a one year old to watch or try themselves (with a little help). ![]()

Re: Character Meals
They also do the napkin thing at Crystal Palace with the Pooh characters. That was fun, but I kinda like playing with Goofy and the gang better, so Chef Mickey's is my choice. :)

Re: Character Meals
We have done both O'hanas and Chef Mickey's, but I think we like Chef Mickey's a bit better. There seems to be more interaction with the characters and it was more fun. The thing I like about O'hanas was the view of the castle from the window, but I doubt your 1 year old would care about that!
