My hubby and I have decided that an 11:30 lunch at Crystal Palace will work best for daughter to see the characters. She is not a breakfast or morning person (even though she is only 2) so we figured she would eat better and be more up to seeing Pooh at lunch.

You can make that PS as far out as 60 days, and I would suggest you call as close to that as possible. You don't have to call at 7AM exactly 60 days out like with Cinderella's Royal Table, but if you want to make sure that you get the time you want, call as soon as possible. Also, make sure you ask the CM what time they switch from breakfast to lunch, there is a half an hour in there where there is little to no food. (Right now, breakfast goes until 10:30 AM and lunch starts at 11:30 AM.)

I would probably suggest to do it your first day you will be there for lunch. Fun way to start out the vacation, and you will be at the MK that day anyways, most likely. Just try to avoid Saturday or Sunday, it is more crowded.

If I may, let me recommend pscalculator.net . It's an excellent site that let's you put in the dates you want to eat at which restaurant and will then spit out a report of when to call to make the Priority Seatings.

The report even has spaces for the time and confirmation number.
Mine is hanging on my fridge, waiting for the end of next week to make our first round of PS. Woo-hoo!

Thanks, Bruce! I just used the PScalculator and found out that I should call for CRT one day before I had figured. Whew...I would have missed out for sure!
