Icon5 Opinion on my dining choices.....

These are the restaurants I made PS for so far, for when I visit WDW in November, and was wondering how everyone thinks restaurants and lineup sound for my first-ever WDW trip:

Sunday, November 13
Breakfast: Cinderella's Royal Table (Magic Kingdom, PS time 8:50am)
Dinner: Sci-Fi Theater (Disney-MGM Studios, PS time 5:35am)

Monday, November 14
Breakfast: 1900 Park Faire (Grand Floridian, PS time 9:10am)
Lunch: Coral Reef (EPCOT's The Living Seas, PS time 2:30pm) Coral Reef Restaurant will remain open throughout the Living Seas renovation, which is one of the reasons I selected this one!

Tuesday, November 15
Breakfast: Donald's Breakfastosarus (Animal Kingdom, PS time 9:30am)
Dinner: Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom, PS time 5:30pm)

Wednesday, November 16
Lunch: Tony's Town Square Restaurant (Magic Kingdom, PS time 1:15pm)
Dinner: Chef Mickey's (Contemporary Resort, PS time 8:00pm)

Thursday, November 17
Breakfast: Princess Storybook at Akershus (EPCOT's World Showcase Norway, PS time 10:00am)
Dinner: Rose & Crown Pub (EPCOT's World Showcase United Kingdom, PS time 7:30pm)

Friday, November 18
Breakfast: Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom, PS time

Looks good.

I can't wait to hear what you think of Tony's, I don't hear a lot of good thinks about it. We ate there 8 years ago and thought it was fine but I just never hear much about it.

Re: Opinion on my dining choices.....

The only one I question is the Rain Forest at AK, You will probably be done at AK long before the 5:30PM time. Six and ahalf hours in AK if alot of time unless it really really busy. I suggest that you make a later PS for the Rain Forest at DTD say around 7-8PM and catch a light lunch at Flamming Tree BBQ.

Tony's Town Square is such an under-rated favorite to me! You don't hear a lot of people talk about it but I've loved it every time I've gone! The decor is adorable too! Let us know what YOU think of this restaurant! Everything looks great, ENJOY! I am hungry now!!!

Re: Opinion on my dining choices.....

All your choices look great!!! The ones that jumped out at me right away; Crystal Palace, great food, great characters, Tony's, food terrific and Lady and the Tramp theme adorable, Resteraunt Akerhus, never been there for breakfast, but love dinner there, Rose and Crown, authentic English pub, good food and, if you can score an outside table (tell them you're willing to wait a little longer for one, trust me, it's worth it!), it's a great place to watch Illuminations! from. Have a great first trip!!!!

Re: Opinion on my dining choices.....

Rose and Crown--the steak and prawns is WONDERFUL and the potato soup is the best coup I have ever ever ever had.....(i had two bowls last time..teehee)
Breakfastasarus is great.but heres a hint..the potatos are not one and the same as Chef Mickey's.....i was very sad when I saw them, got excited about it and then I saw the chopped up green peppers...
Rainforest Cafe...yummy....get a Volcano.....'nuff said.
Chef Mickey's..it's amazing, great characters..the hashbrown potatos are great.....
Sci Fi is okay, it isnt my least favorite sit down at WDW..but it's not on my top 10 list......it's a little overpriced...but we had a great time with the atmosphere and our waiter......and the milkshakes were great

Kent -
You have some great choices there. The only one I don't like is Sci-fi, but that is just me. I know many people who love it there. What a great trip you have planned.
