Chef Mickey Breakfast or Dinner

Have never done either- we usually do the Princess breakfast at Norway with DD and DS has always missed out- but DS is not a huge breakfast eater, so I'm thinking he might like the dinner better.
Is one better than the other? Thanks!

Able to book meals in 10 days!!!!!

Re: Chef Mickey Breakfast or Dinner

We have done both and enjoyed both. The parmesan mashed potatoes are yummy and worth the trip. Breakfast out is a treat for us so I think I enjoy it more but dinner was good and the character are a blast.

Re: Chef Mickey Breakfast or Dinner

I have never done chef mickey for breakfast, but have gone many times to their dinner. It's a great way to end a day at the parks. If you opt forthe breakfast, try getting the last ADR available at around 11am or so and make it an early lunch. That way you have your early morning to tour a park...do MK that day if you are going to do a brunch.

Re: Chef Mickey Breakfast or Dinner

I agree with Dana. We loved Chef Mickey's for breakfast, DS is not a huge breakfast eater so we booked an 11:20 seating. We spent the a.m. in the MK then monorailed to CM's, it was perfect.

Another vote for Chef Mickey's Breakfast! Although I don't think you can go wrong with either...

Re: Chef Mickey Breakfast or Dinner

I am a personal fan of the dinner.... The food is perticularly good at dinner.

You can get a good breakfast anywhere in WDW.... plus if you eat Breakfast you miss the early start in the parks.

Re: Chef Mickey Breakfast or Dinner

I did both breakfast and dinner at CM's on my last trip to WDW last year and quite honestly I preferred the breakfast which I just happened to try my luck late 1 morning and try to see if we can get a table. I originally was only going to do the dinner there because I thought my DD might enjoy it more with the fixins sundae bar and she could care less about it! So oh well, you never know!!
Anyways, I liked the food better for the breakfast. The dinner items really did not appeal to me.
So far, the best dinner I have had at WDW was at 1900 Park Fare. Breakfast or Dinner (yum!) this place IS IT!!! And they are both character dining too and reasonably priced!

We've only done the dinner and love it! We actually ate there twice on our last trip. I want to try the breakfast our next trip.
