Great job! Let others be inspired by your success - many have tried, so few have succeeded. :)

Thanks!

Haven't decided if I'm going to tell the girls before the trip or just let them figure it out when we reach the castle. My wife was pretty pumped also so it might be difficult for her to keep the secret that long!

Funny part is that before the call that got through to the CRO, I almost decided to hang up and wait till 7:00 on the nose and start calling again.

Thank God I didn't!!!:D

Don't forget the Cinderella dinner too!!!

Yes ladies and gents, I did say dinner!!! :)

Starting Jan 5th the Winnie the Pooh and friends buffet at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will officially become Cinderella's Gala Feast

We are currently booking this now for 120 days out with NO credit card deposit or guarantee (Surely until some rogue group messes it up!)

The buffet will always have Cinderella and may have but are subject to change and not set in stone

Susie and Perla the mice
Prince Charming
Fairy Godmother
The Wicked Stepmother and the Stepsisters

The company has done this in direct response to all of the reservations that were not being made at the Castle due to the overwhelming popularity of the breakfast

I have been booking this for about a week now and until it catches on..... of course I am sure that this post will help things along a bit! :)

Enjoy, this is really a cool thing and I am glad that there is finally something else out there that we can offer so more people can see that popular princess!

My 2 yr old DD is not a breakfast person but I know she would like to Cinderella, so my question is what is on the buffett? Do you know? What is the cost? What time does it start in the evening?

I don't know how I missed this post!! THANKS!!

Will

I believe the menu should be basically the same with maybe only minor changes but nothing drastic. Cost is going to be somewhere in the $24 range for 12 and above and I think in the $10 range for 3-11

Dinner is usually from 5-9ish

This also books 120 days out so you should be good to go if you're cominng between now and mid April

In your opinion is there a better time to book for?? Would 5:30 be a busy time?

Also, I'm curious and you don't have to tell me but what do you do at Disney?? I have always told my hubby that the only place I would move to would be Orlando to work at Disney! But are the jobs extremely hard to get?? I'm a Customer service rep now so I think I'm gaining valuable experience for a future job a disney! (I'm probably dreaming, my hubby is not to big on Orlando!)

With first seating at 5, a 5:30 ps would probably be good especially if you have little ones... not too early and not too late. I would still book this one as early out as you know when you want to go. It's a bigger restaurant and a longer dining time but the princesses in any fashion seem to be a hot commodity these days!! :)

Actually my Disney Career has spanned 14 years so far. I originally starting running the attractions in the Magic Kingdom. I did that for 5 years and then went to Epcot and MGM for about 7 years after that. Then I was a bit tired of the parks and being exposed to the elements all the time so I went to resorts and worked a front desk for 2 years. When I started going back to college last year to get my degree I moved over to CRO because it's 10 minutes from my school. I really like it there and I think that my years of experience in the parks and resorts helps to answer a lot of questions that guests have about the parks, dining and everything else. I would love to get a foot in the door in their IT department (I am getting my degree in Computer Networking) and if I can I will continue on with the company. I apply to every job posting I find.

As far as getting a job with Disney it's not really a hard thing at all, just head on out to the Casting Center and pick up an application. The company truly has many different jobs and levels of experience and skill that there is most likely something there you would like. The Casting Center is the "castle looking building" that is across Buena Vista Drive from the Disney Village Marketplace.

Well personally speaking, Jennly, I think it's vey cool that you hang out helping on a Disney board after helping other guests all day long. I know another CM (from V&A's) and he's so utterly helpful when it comes to somethings. Being in CRO is a huge bonus - you guys get pummeled with info!

That you stick around says a lot about both your dedication to Disney and your helpful nature. I'm glad to know you! Thanks!
