Raglan Road

I'm still waiting for a review of the new Irish Pub, Raglan Road! It's been open for a couple of weeks now and I'm dying to hear from someone who's been there. And seeing an actual menu would be nice too.

I want to go there in early December (which is right around the corner) but I'm hesitating to make my ADR's until I hear more about it.

Anyone going to the World soon that would want to stop in there and give it a try??

Re: Raglan Road

I was there last week and it is very spacious, attractive interior. It also was VERY liud, you could not carry on a conversation there without shouting and a good knowledge of lip reading. The draft beer was pretty expensive too!! I had a Boddington's and it was 8$ for 1 med size draft. We did not eat, but the menu looked pretty good. We went later at night and there was a Celtic Band there and they were mostly serving just appetizers. Also, there was a woman in traditional dress doing Celtic dancing on the tables, which was pretty cool!!

Re: Raglan Road

Thanks, Tikibird! I have a gift certificate for $50 and there's only two of us, so I think we should be okay price-wise.

Re: Raglan Road

They do have an excellent selection of draft beer , of course Guiness, Bass Ale, Boddington's cream ale and at least 3 others. The Boddington's I had vas very fresh and with the appropriate fine head. Exactly what it should be even if a little pricey.
