Disney Dining Experience??
Ok, I've been on Disney.com checking some prices, trying to find out if I want to go ahead and get the Premium Annual pass or not. I'm going to be in WDW for 6 nights. ( I live so close I think i might as well get it!!) Anyways... I ran across the Disney Dining Experience. Does anyone know what this is and how much of a discount you'd get? I'm really only looking at Chef Mickey's, food at the parks, and All star Sports. Thanks for any info you can send my way:D :)

Okay, basically the DDE is a discount program available to FL residents at an annual cost of $60 (less discounts one may receive as an annual pass holder or a Disney club member). There are several benefits available to a subscriber. They are detailed here
It sure sounds like a pretty good program if you dine at WDW (even occassionally) because it certainly wouldn't take you long to earn back the cost of the card with the 20% discount and free parking you'd receive. |

I am in the Disney Dining Exp. I paid $55 (got $5 off w'disney club discount). I went with my wife in April, I bet I saved $200 in food. (yes, we ate good.)
The 20% is good pretty much any where you sit down for table meal service (it includes alchohol!) It also was good in Hwood & Vine, All Star Sports food court, Cind.s Castle, Garden Grill... all over. Well worth it . :p :D :laugh |

Sounds like a good plan. I'm planning on getting a Premium AP. Does getting the AP give any discounts on dining?
So you save 20% off even at the ALL Star Sports & Chef Mickey's w/the Disney Dining Experience? That sounds like a plan for me! :) Oh, do you have to spend a minimum amount to get the discount? I know with DC you have too. Thanks for the help! ![]()
