Question about ADR at Ohana's.....

We have been to Ohana's on several different occasions & love it.....my family and I want to dine there on Dec 30th.....the only ADR I could get for the 4 of us (me, Hubby & 2 daughters ages 7 & 3) was for 9:30 PM......way too late for us so she offered me 2 separate tables at 5:40 & told me to tell them at the podium that we would like a table together instead.....anyone ever heard of this? I went ahead and took the ADR anyway. I keep trying every day to see if a table for 4 opens up but no luck so far. What do you think about this?

Another quick question....anyone know if there are coffee makers in the rooms at POP?

I say call back and see if they have an ADR for five. I would also keep trying, something may open up.
From what I've read there are no coffee makers in POP, that's where I'm staying and I'm bringing my own.

I say take the ressie for two tables. When you get there, tell them you need ONE table. I did this when I went to Le Cellier in October and it was totally fine.

I agree with iluvwdw....they will accomidate you. Perhaps they can give you two table and push them together if necessary. Take the ADR.

I'm sure it'll be fine. It's not like you're trying to seat a party of 10! I'm sure you'll be accomodated just fine.

We actually had to do this at Crystal Palace recently where we had to take two tables but when we got there we were directed to one table

Don't sweat it. Just show up and ask at the podium. They'll take care of you no problem. They're very accomodating there. Especially when it's a matter of splitting up parents and two young children. They'd never do that to you.

We had an ADR for 3 and then had two more people ask to join us. I called back and they said they had nothing available. So we just showed up and when I checked in I told them we had two more people. They said that was fine and seated us right away.

We have had to book two tables and have always been seated at one table when we showed up at the restaurant. I am sure everything will be fine. Enjoy your meal, 'Ohana is one of my favorite restaurants.

Depending on your package, the dining plan will cost you about 30-something dollars per adult per day.

You may want to start a new thread with a more detailed question if you want more information on the dining plan.
