Character lunch in Liberty Square

This last trip I wanted to eat in Liberty Square with Goofy and friends. Can someone tell me what that is called and if its any good? Thanks

It's Liberty Tree Tavern. Much fun and very good. I've only had dinner there (a prix fix menu that resembles Thanksgiving dinner), but I'm sure the al a carte lunch is excellent, too.

We went for dinner in Oct. The food was great. It's served family style. Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, pork roast (I think), corn, rolls and some kind of cobbler for dessert. It is nice to have a character meal that's not buffet. The theming is colonial times and the characters are in colonial costumes. There was Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale. Sorry, don't know much about the lunch. We'll definately go back here.

We tried the character dinner last summer for the first time and really liked it. Since we enjoyed it so much I have added it again for our next trip.

LTT only has characters for dinner, and goofy is not there. The only place to dine with Goofy is at Chef Mickey's, I think.

Goofy was at Liberty Tree Tavern when we went there last summer but I don't know if he is always there. The characters there the night we went were Pluto, Minnie, Goofy, Chip, and Dale.

We had dinner there in September. Goofy was there.
DH was concerned becuase the food did not appeal to him. Until he tasted it....YUMMY!!!!

Goofy was there last October and again in December. I think he's always there, no? I think they advertise the dinner with a big sign that says, "Liberate Your Appetite with Goofy."

You're right, it's called the "Goofy's Liberate Your Appetite Character Dinner" in my dining guide, so I think it's a good assumption that Goofy's always there.

Goofy was there on our trip too ~ and LTT was a favorite character meal. We had dinner there and the food was excellent and the character interaction was perfect!
