DTd restaurants

Me and DBF are dropping the kiddos at DQ for a few hours in order to have a nice dinner with just the two of us. Which one do you suggest? Or....do you think we should just go to PI and have a little fun and then pick the kiddos up?

Re: DTd restaurants

Well I don't know alot about PI but it seems like if you are close to there that would be a good bet.

Didn't Matt always talk about Fultons? Is that near DTD?

Re: DTd restaurants

Hmmm....that's a tough one. I've eaten at Planet Hollywood...didn't like it too much. Rainforest Cafe is fun...but if you are looking for a quiet dinner...this isn't it.
I have been to HOB....food was okay..but again not a quiet place.

What did you have in mind??? Quiet, fun???

I haven't been to too many places at DD, but we really enjoyed the new Raglan Road. The food was a little pricey, but quite good!

Re: DTd restaurants

Dana, my wife and I get a night out this trip for the first time ever. We're going to PI (Adventurer's Club) and out to dinner. We considered Fulton's and Raglan Road, but, in the end, we decided that we haven't had alot of luck with non-Disney run establishments. We opted for California Grill instead.

Good luck. Let us know what you decide.

Bruce

I really hope this isn't a slight hijack... but what does DQ stand for? Because all I'm coming up with is Dairy Queen. Is there something to do at Dairy Queen that I don't know about?!

I'm assumming it's for something different though...

I don't have any suggestions, as I haven't done too much dining at DTD.

If you've never been to PI, then I'd go there.

Re: DTd restaurants

Fultons is very nice if you like seafood. Kind of pricey, but thats up to you.

If you're looking for a quiet time, I really like Captain Jacks, its almost next to the Rainforest Cafe. I love that place...good food and good times both times I've been there. The waiting area has a TV that loops a bunch of old Disney cartoons.

Re: DTd restaurants

I would do both! How about dinner and a quick trip to PI? I would have a yummy sandwich at EoS and then I would head straight to Adventurers Club for some fun. We've also had a night out at Fulton's and it was really good, both service and food.
