Reservations for Cinderella Royal Table

I've been trying for 3 days to make reservations for CRT. I've called 7:00am sharp every time, but I had to wait on line and by the time someone answers there is no space left. Besides, I asked a reservation for 13 people and they told me they don't reserve odd numbers . I don't know why, it makes no sense to me.
Any suggestions on how to get a reservation?

First, I start calling about 15 minutes before 7 EST. When you get the recording saying they're not open yet just disconnect & hit redial. Keep doing that...Evidently they tend to open the phone lines a couple minutes early sometimes.

Second, I read here somewhere that they're now taking reservations 2 days earlier...so if you're calling 60 days out now (I can't remember if it's 60 or 90 or 120 or what!) try for 62 days out! But use the same time guidelines I mentioned in number 1 above.

If those 2 ideas don't work, wait til you get there. If you're doing a concierge room they can probably get you in. If not but you're still staying on property, head to guest relations in your hotel. They often have cancellations & can get you in. Finally, on a day when you're going to MK get there as soon as the gates open & make a bee-line to the castle. They frequently have openings either from cancellations or whatever.

Good luck. It's great if you can get it, but awfully stressful trying to "win." Don't forget, if that doesn't work, try the Princess breakfast in Norway at EPCOT. It's not Cindy, but a bunch of princesses are there & it's a great time!

Minnie is right...I started to call at 6:30 est. I knew what the recording sounded like, so when they changed the recording I quickly hit 0. By the way, calling 407-wdw-dine gets the best result. I got my 9:15 reservation at 7:00 exactly, which means I dialed into the system a few minutes earlier.
There was a 10-top seated right behind me when we were there last week. Maybe 10 is a good number.
Hope this helps!

If 13 is a problem try getting the 10 top Trish mentioned and adding on another table. Even if you aren't at the same table you would at least be dining at the same time & place and I'm sure they would try to seat you next to one another. Try calling WDW dining the night before and ask what time they have on their computer to sync. your clock. If you don't get a person by 5 min after 7:00 you can be sure it is full. Good luck!!! Keep trying!

I agree with TRISHB and DAB, I also started calling 1-407-WDW-DINE around 6:50 AM and when you get in quickly push "0". Tell the reservationists 10 ppl, but when you get to the castle that morning tell them you now have 13 ppl. you will not have a problem. GOOD LUCK ! :D

Definitely don't give up hope if you can't get a PS 60 days out...give it a try when you get to the resort. We did that and got lucky!

Does anyone know if there are any characters at lunch or dinner at the Castle? I know it isn't specifically princess themed but I am hoping they will have something.

I am thinking of doing lunch at the Castle. I am not going to even try to get a PS for breakfast this close in but I will try, just for the heck of it, to get one when we arrive at WDW.

Thank you for any info! :)

You are so lucky, Fifi! I can't even imagine when I will make it back to Disney World...the counter would be so high it would be depressing!

I don't think the castle has character dining any other time of the day. Although, I think that Cinderella sits on her throne from time to time during the day. The castle is magnificent! You will really enjoy a meal there.

That's what I always thought, but a co-worker was just there last week, had dinner at the castle & said Cindy WAS there! I was shocked.

We had lunch there last week and Cindy was on her throne and the fairy godmother was there also. They did not circulate like a character meal, but we did the "meet and greet."

We were not all that impressed with CRT. I think Chef Mickey has much better food and the characters are more plentiful and accessible. :D

I had dinner there on Friday night and there were no characters available.

BTW, the food was fantastic! Everything from the bread to the dessert was wonderful!
