how to renew Disney Dining Experience Card online

Hi,

Can I renew my Disney Dining Experience (DDE) card online??
I just logged in to my account on disneyworld.com, but can not find where to renew my DDE card. I see where to renew my AP on line, but not the DDE. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I am not positive, but I don't think you can. I think you can print out the application on line and that is it. I think you have to call to renew.

Let us know, Frank. I'm interested, too. Ours is good through the end of May, so we'll use it on this upcoming trip, but would like to renew for the next one.

I believe it's the same cost. I don't think I received any discount last year.

I called today and was told to wait a week. If I renewed today, it would renew until the end of May, 07. If I wait a week, I'd get another month free, so I'll call back next week.

I asked about renewing online and was told that all one can do is download the form to apply.

I forgot to ask. My wife renewed last year and said no, but that was then. I'll report after I renew next week<g>.
I do recall that last year they sent a confirmation letter before the card, just in case we didn't have the card before we went to WDW.
I did find it interesting that while I was on hold, the tape said that during peak seasons, Disney restaurants may not honor the DDE card. That doesn't sound to good to me. They either honor it, or they don't. It would be like saying we don't honor AP cards on weekends or something!! Hummmm!!

On specific days(New Year's Eve and Day),Christmas,Thanksgiving,Mother's Day and Fourth of july,they don't honor the DDE card. I don't know if there are any other days that they don't honor.(Maybe Christmas Eve).

I got a thing in the mail this week to renew mine...and yes, we were there on Mother's Day last year and it was not valid that day.

Mine expires the end of July. We are definitely going to renew it. It has saved us many a time.

I just called (5/8/06) and renewed for $ 60 for a year. It is the same price as last year. We renewed as AP holders and Florida residents.
