Re: Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort

We had breakfast there last year. Our "cousin" was the best and took care of us like family. The boys has a great time dancing around with Goofy. We're looking forward to seeing Lilo and Stitch for breakfast in June. And our final dinner on our trip will be at O'Hana (our first for the dinner). After hearing all the good things about the dinner I think the boys will have fun with the coconut races, hoola-hoops, etc. then we'll take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom for some last magical moments.

Re: Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort

I have some pics, but they are blurry, so it's kind of useless to post them.

I can't wait to go to Ohana in July. It's going to be a ritual now. The food is too great to pass up. Maybe I'll get better pics then.

I can sell you a plane...

Can land on the golf course by Shades and walk right over. Only problem is there is STILL a 9-11 "temporary" flight restriction over MK...5 years later. That and the folks at the golf course might not think much of it either.

Re: Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort

I am repeating myself, but, simply put, it ranks as THE best meal I have ever had. It is definitely on my families radar for our next trip to WDW! This past June was our first visit to Ohana's and we fell in love with it. My son volunteered to lead the group of kiddos around the room as they played the instruments. He will never forget that day!

Re: Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort

Had never been to Ohana's until our 2006 trip and now it is one of the first restaurants we choose. A disney trip is so much better with a meal from Ohana's

Re: Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort

We always book a restaurant in the park that we were visiting that day because it was just easier. During our last trip we decided to try something new. I love having entertainment with dinner; so I convinced my mother to try Ohana's sinced we were spending that day at Magic Kingdom and it was easy to get there using the monorail. I can't beleive we overlooked this place for so may years. The food was exceptional and it's now an absolute definate for future bookings. We loved the games and audience partipation and because we booked a late dinner we got a bonus. The reatuarant dimmed the lights, piped in the park music and we and watched the fireworks during dessert. It's now one of our favorite restaurants.

Re: Ohana's at the Polynesian Resort

'Ohana is one of my favorite restaurants because of those pototoes and the dessert, which from what I understand are GONE, so I'm sorta feeling sad about 'Ohana right now.
