1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
Trying to decide on one last ADR for a Magic Kingdom evening. DH loves both restaurants but neither one of us were impressed by the food at Crystal Palace. We liked the characters better at Crystal Palace but DH thinks the food is ALOT better at 1900 Park Fare.
What do you think? Thank you! (PS: I need to call like TODAY hehe)

The Crystal Palace is beautiful - but I think the food was better at 1900.

I have absolutely nothing to base my vote upon since I've been to neither, but Park Fare strikes my fancy this morning. I think I'm a little enamored of Mary Poppins.

Re: 1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
We've never eaten at 1900 Park Fare, so I voted for CP. Had both breakfast and dinner there and the atmosphere, food and characters make it a really great, fun experience. I have heard that 1900 Park Fare is very good, but has a more "buttoned down" atmosphere which also influence the CP vote.

Re: 1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
I voted Crystal Palace. I like 1900 Park Fare well enough (the food WAS great!), but the characters were a little more boring to me. Maybe it's my age, but I couldn't get as excited by some of the face characters as I could by Pooh and friends!

Re: 1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
Haven't done dinner at 1900's Park Fare, or Chef Mickey's for that matter. Over all I like CP better. It's brighter and more open than 1900's. Breakfast, food is about the same. But only CP has the sly guest's brunch when you do a 10:25 PS for breakfast, because they start to change over to lunch at about 10:45. And that's the ONLY true brunch I know of at WDW.

We've eaten at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast and Crystal Palace for dinner. We love 1900 Park Fare---the breakfast buffet is terrific and my daughter loves the characters there.

Re: 1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
The Crystal Palace is nice, but I always felt that it was too busy inside, which makes it hard to relax. We normally do 1900 Park Fare at least once per trip, breakfast or dinner, and the food is always very good.

Re: 1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
Never been to 1900, but nothing beats a big hug from Tigger in the morning (the character, not the DC member, though I'm sure Tigger-the-DC-member's hugs are just fine)! And an Eeyore hug, and a Pooh hug, and a Piglet hug.... Hugging big furry people in the morning is nice, unlike hugging skinny princesses which isn't so nice and just makes me feel bad that I have three pieces of french toast on my plate.

Re: 1900 Park Fare OR Crystal Palace?
CP is a must on every trip. We have only eaten breakfast there, but we are thinking about trying lunch there this trip. My family loves all of the Pooh characters, so if we had to choose between the 2, CP would win every time.
