Fantasmic! Dinner package w/ MYW Dining

When using the MYW Dining plan to purchase the Fantasmic! Dinner package, does the waitress follow the Fantasmic! menu or the MYW rules?

(according to allears, Fantasmic! Dinner includes a family style salad, a flatbread, an entree, and tiramisu)

but the MYW Dining is, well, you know - anything goes.

So, does anyone know which one? Or am I just confused? I called and asked and she said they are the same. But, that's not what it says on Allears.

Re: Fantasmic! Dinner package w/ MYW Dining

IT's my understanding that there is a limited menu for the Fantasmic seating regardless of what plan you are on. I could be wrong of course, but this is what I got from my reading. It can't hurt to make a phone call Erin and get the official scoop. Wish I could be of more help.

That's what I was thinking. I wonder how necessary it is for me to have it on a Tuesday in September - what do you think!?

I think if you're going to be there and eat at MGM anyway, why not secure a FDP? Especially since you're not paying extra for it.

I don't know Erin. The free dining may make some crowds in the restaurants.. People who normally don't have table service meals will be definately doing it....especially for free. I would book it just to be careful.

Everything but the Tiramisu sounds good. I hope there is a little wiggle room for the desserts. Otherwise, I might just have to give it to another family! Which I guess would work too. Doesn't sound like I'll be missing much of anything with the DP! Lots of calories to be had by all!

Re: Fantasmic! Dinner package w/ MYW Dining

I have it booked. I just wondered if it would be worth keeping, or if I should switch my PS to something that doesn't have restrictions, since I am the only one in my family who likes Tiramisu (well, Sissy likes it sometimes, too) and I am the only one who likes flatbread, and Matt prefers Ceasar salad, and I don't like ceasar salad, blah blah blah.

LOL.

LOL.
They are pretty accomidating at Momma's. They let me and my DD have cheese cake...we didn't like the Tiramisu...I don't even know what it is..lol I am not sure about the salad, but it surely can't hurt to ask. Limited menu yes, but they will make "substitutions"...at least they did for me.

For the record - just try Tiramisu ONCE, Dana. You won't be sorry.

WHAT IS THAT????
I always eat at H&V and of course last year I used my DDP (which I left w/o waiing for my receipt or giving the server my card :, I had no clue I had to wait! DUH! it was our 1st dining plan meal). Anyways we always do the Fantasmic package and we never had a special meal there, we just ate off the buffet and we got our voucher.

or is that for only a certain restaurant???

This is for Mama Melroses - and they aren't a buffet restaurant! :c)
That's why it's a set meal!

Glad I booked H&V for the FDP. That way we can pick whatever we want.

Thank you again....
