QSM for breakfast

Can I use my quick service meal for breakfast? If so does it still have to be a restaurant under one of the CSM? For instance, I'd love to us my QSM to eat breakfast at Kona Cafe so I can try the famous "Tonga Toast" I hear so much about. Kona Cafe is listed as a TS but was wondering if I could get breakfast with one of my QSM?

Nope, Only counter service places. If you want the toast, treat yourself. Breakfast is not very pricey....
