ADR Question

Hi All,

I've been on the board for a long time know but have only posted a couple of times. I have a tricky ADR question. We are going to DW Nov 10-13 to celebrate my 30th birthday. I made our ADR's as soon as I could to make sure I got all the restaurants we wanted since it's a special weekend. It was initially supposed to be six, me and my husband, my parents, and my brother and his girlfriend. But my brother is closing on his first house next month and now won't be able to swing it. So my question is this, all my adr's are for a party of 6 and now we have 4, should I just leave them and when we get there tell them we only have 4? I have serious doubts that at this late date I'd be able to get all the adr's I wanted (i.e. Le Cellier for my b-day dinner). Any help would be great! Thanks!

I would call and see if they have a table of 4 available for the times and dates you wanted. If they don't, I would just leave it. I know I am probably going to have the ethics police on my butt but that's what I would do. Good luck!

Re: ADR Question

I'd leave it the same. I mean, you could attempt to change it - but, I don't see how a two person difference really matters.

Re: ADR Question

Leave it alone. When you actually arrive at WDW you can modify your reservations then, or not. There's no crime if you show up with fewer people, and you could actually make things easier for a party that just walked up.

Re: ADR Question

I also suggest leaving the ADR as is. If you call to change the party size, they cancel it and then rebook it. You may find yourself getting a different time or they may tell you that there are no more table for the party of four. Leave it as is and tell them two couldn't make it when you check in.
