& double & triple check!! My DW just got off the phone with a CM to make a new ADR, & on a whim was checking our other ones. Turns out the one we made for Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:10pm on 9/22 before MNSSHP was put in as 10/22! This is the 3rd time we've re-checked it, & every other time they said it was 9/22. Now we're stuck with no dining plans before the party!!
Sooo, check, check & check again!!!!

This point cannot be made enough. Check you ADRs and any reservartions you may have at least two week before you travel.

I better check as well! Thanks for the heads up - that is very odd though- I wonder if some of the reservatoins are switched and they claim its an accident. Is there anywhere you can get a printed list of adr's?

When you make your ADRs, make sure the CM reads to you the date and time twice, and write down the reservation number.

I think I might call and do the reverse- I think I might have them tell me the date and time based on the reservation number- that way I am having them tell me the times and not them just saying yeah- that is it...

Goodness, there seems to be a lot of these kinds of mix-ups going on with Disney Dining lately. Did the CM you talked to say if there was anything they could do for you?

That's exactly how I did it for our last trip. I had them read the dates, restaurants, and times based on what was on their screen, and I would confirm with a "yes."

I also found out that any reservations you may have originally made, and then called to cancel, or change, still showed up on their screen with a note "cancelled." We changed a few between the 180 day mark and the date of our actual trip. But now that they're posting the park hours and EMH also 6 months in advance, it helps a lot in planning your ADRs.

We were transferred to a supervisor, they said they would talk to the restaurant to see about over-booking to fit us in, but that was 2 days ago.
And, yes, the last time we re-checked our reservations, I gave them my confirmation # & had them tell me what they pulled up, & they said 9/22 for 4 at Liberty Tree at 5:10pm. Now, they tell us it's for 10/22 with the same confirmation #.
The other thing is, a week before the MNSSHP tickets were available, I called to see about making an ADR for that night at LTT . The CM told me I can't do it yet, since tickets weren't yet available, but she took down my name/number & said she would call me when we could book. We bought our MNSSHP tickets the night they were offered. The next day the CM called me & asked about booking the meal, saying she saw I bought MNSSHP tickets for 9/22. Plus, there isn't even a MNSSHP on 10/22.

That stinks, bribert! I had a similar situation back when I first made my ADRs two months ago. I made one for Le Cellier and confirmed it as such, but the CM actually made it for Liberty Tree Tavern. When I called back the following week to make another ADR and confirm the ones I had, I discovered the mistake. The only thing they could do for me was get me 2 lunch ADRs at Le Cellier for the same day and split my party, with the hope that they can seat us together.

Wow... that is terrible.
I have already double checked our ADR's but plan on checking on them again this Friday...

Two weeks ago my DD was all upset because Disney dining couldn't find her ADR at Japan. They had checked everyway but the confirmation number. The laptop that had the confirmation number on it broke and she couldn't retreve it. Her DH did some magic and got the laptop to work for a few minutes and she got the number and it turned out Disney dining has her name spelled sooooo wrong. So it's ok, but if she hadn't, Japan was booked for her time span, so she would have been out of luck.

In May, I thought I had a lunch at le cellier and a lunch at garden grill a week apart, both on tuesdays. When I had called to confirm, it came out as two lunch ADRs 15 mins apart on the same day.
