Beaches and Cream question

Okay, this is a very obscure question. How busy is Beaches and Cream in the evenings? Does it matter whether you are there during a weekday or weekend? We will be in WDW in late October and my DM wants to take the DSs there for an early dinner on a weekend night. Thanks in advance!!

Re: Beaches and Cream question

i don't know how late you are interested in going to B & C. in the early evening, like around 6, it's not that bad. it's mostly crowded during the early afternoon because many people are in the pool and they have lunch or ice cream after a dip in the pool. that's the only advice i can give you for now.

We have always been there in the evening and have been able to obtain a table with hardly any wait...

Re: Beaches and Cream question

Wow. Those of you who have gotten in with little wait, I am impressed. We usually wait around 45 minutes to a little over an hour for a table when we go for dinner--usually around 6:00. Last trip, I even waited in line for take out for 35 minutes. I guess you just never know what the wait will be.

Out of curiosity, were you there during the off season? Frankly that was the kind of wait I expected, but was hoping for better in October! Thanks!

You can walk to it - but, it's not like...right at the Boardwalk.

It's a little ways...but, a very pleasant walk

Re: Beaches and Cream question

Cool.. Thanks so much for the info...
I am having Miss SMIG gather all the information so we have it at our fingertips, and my PDA is filling quickly with useful information.

Thanks.

Ack. That was us,too!
We were there last May and the parks were very UN-busy. We went to B & C on a Wednesday evening and waited for a really long time!
I just figured it was because they have like 5 tables in there.

Re: Beaches and Cream question

We have found it fairly busy after 5 in the past waiting any where between 20 and 45 minutes. You might get lucky if you have a small party ( 2 - 3 ) people and get a seat at the counter a little faster.

Timsha, true, the smaller the party the easier it is to get a table...
