Favorite Counter Service?

So, What counter service meals are the best. I am looking for somethings that are a little different than the norm. I always eat at Casey's once for tradition sake and I love Flame Tree, but what others should be on the list?

Peco Bills....they use to have this bread bowl with clam chowder that was so good. Good salads and sandwiches there also.

Pecos BIlls is great, I love their chicken wraps....Yummy!

Flame Tree in Animal Kingdom was the best for me.

Then... let me think... I liked the Electric Umbrella too.

The Seasons Food Court in The Land. Definitely a step about counter-service. Tons of choices and very high quality food.
