For us that's easy, La Cantina de San Angel right outside the pyramid in the Mexico pavilion. Best deal in all of Disney if you ask us!

no one mentioned Columbia Harbour House (I think that is the name) in MK - we want to try it next time. Is it good?

We loved it back when they had the clam chowder bread bowls. With them gone, our enthusiasm has declined.

However, if you do eat there, make sure to dine upstairs in the back, overlooking the walkway from FantasyLand to FrontierLand.

Great tip! I think we may eat there this time (September) - mainly because we are going to do the dining plan for the 1st time (crossing fingers for free dining) & want to try new places. And, of course we love fish & clam chowder (they still have that I hope, even if its not in bread bowls)!

I am having a hard time picking counter service restaurants at MK (Caseys is a given!) that we haven't been to that have gotten good reviews and look good to us. This one seems like a winner & if the mexican place near POTC is open (hasn't been before when we went) we may try it as well.

MK - Pecos Bills or Cosmic Rays (Pecos Bills #1 choice)
AK - Tusker House
MGM - I have never had a great CS meal here...

EPCOT - Cantina de San Angel
DTD - EARL OF SANDWICH!!!!!! My FAVORITE CS meal of all! Believe me when I say, you have NEVER had a sandwich that good!!!!!

Here is my list. I like this thread as well!

MK: Columbia Harbor House (upstairs, like Cavey says -- very relaxing) and Cosmic Rays (great selection)

AK: Tusker House (I know there has been a lot of debate lately about TH, but we love it!)

MGM: Pizza Planet (just because my kids love the arcade and it is close to
the Muppet store; pizza admittedly is just okay)

Epcot: Where do I begin?

Mexico's Cantina de San Angel; Fish & Chips in England; Tangerine Cafe in Morocco; and, last but certainly not least, Sunshine Seasons Food Fair in the Land (which was just *wonderful* when we were there in October -- amazing selection of quality food)

And I believe someone mentioned the sushi. I had the sushi at Japan during the food and wine festival -- it was quite good!
