Ok - its a long way away (end of Sept. 07), but since I can make ADR's in March, I have convinced DH that we have to have our dining plans sooner than later! LOL! We are hoping for free dining during our trip, btw. If for some reason they do not offer free dining, we will change plans for sure - due to budget issues. So, all things going the right way, here are my plans:

Sat: arrive, staying at DHgrandma's house that night, check in on Sunday.
Sun: Epcot - Lunch- San Angel Inn & dinner - Alfredo's
Mon: MGM - ABC Commissary & Mama Melroses
Tues: MK - lunch- Columbia Harbor House & dinner - Caseys (during the parade - love it!)
Wed - DTD/Pools - lunch- Earl of Sandwich & dinner- 1900 Park Fare
Thursday - Relaxing before MK/MNSSHP - lunch at Capn jacks (DTD) & Dinner at Cosmic Rays (during MNSSHP)
Friday - Epcot - lunch (everyone picks there own Counter service, mine is Tangerine Cafe, kids are Japanese, DH??) & Dinner at LeCellier.

We may or may not stay on Saturday as well, it depends on work and school schedules.

So, if I can get these ADR's, how do they look to all of you seasoned planners? This will be our 3rd trip ever - and the previous 2, we didn't have dining plan, and had to watch budget with food a little more than I liked, so we didn't get to eat at all the places I wanted! I am super excited to be able to focus on food - we are definitely a foodie family! BTW - DD's will be 4 & 7 then, and love food too!

Except for EoS, I haven't eaten at those places, but I've heard alot of great things about them!

Thanks! I know it isn't that far off, but boy it seems way to far! My DH laughs at me everytime I get out the "Disney Notebook" - but I love the planning!

We had breakfast at the ABC Commissary (everything was good), Lunches at Columbia Harbor House (tuna sandwich was yummy) and dinner at Le Cellier (exquisite). You'll enjoy these places a lot. Never ate at your other choices, but they sound great as well.

We only have a week to go before we can make our ADR's. I know what I'm going to be doing on my day off from work tomorrow!

Your plans look GREAT!!!!!!!! My favorite sit down meal is LE CELLIER and my favorite CS meal is EARL OF SANDWICH. I would eat those EVERY DAY if I could!!!!!!!!

Oh, I forgot, we ate at Earl of Sandwich, too. It was delicious.

Wasn't it??? I had NO CLUE what to expect from a Sandwich joint. Boy, was I PLEASANTLY surprised!!! I had the All American BOTH times we were there during our vacation. I liked it so much the first time I was jonesin for it again!!! YUM!!!!!!

Your plans look wonderful. We tried Columbia Harbor House on our past trip and I loved the tuna sandwich, it was a nice change. Yum!

I am so glad you said that - I hadn't even thought about that part yet! Yeah! It doesn't seem as far, when its in the same year!!!

Don't you just love planning the meals???? My mouth starts to water when I am reading up on the restaurants and trying to decide. Just with DH wasn't as picky as he is. I have to find places where there is something that we will all be able to find to eat. Drives me nuts, but it is fun reading all the different menus.

Your choices are good ones. Fingers crossed you get the Dining Plan so you can enjoy them.

ok, so I just read that 1900 Park Fare will be closed while we are there. Also, I had to reschedule to check in on a Saturday. So....we are doing akerhous for lunch (DH is not a breakfast lover) on that 1st day. But, now I need suggestions for one more table service - it is on our "OFF" day (read no park day), so anywhere is fine. We are doing DTD for lunch that day (Earl of Sandwich). All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

What about 'Ohana or Whispering Canyon?

1900 Park Fare is CLOSED, but they are still having Cinderellas Gala Feast dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe, I think...

I am going to let my Dh pick this meal - with a "little" help! LOL! I am thinking Ohana, Boma, Whispering Canyon, Concourse (although we already have LeCellier planned) or Maya Grill (mainly because my DD's name is Maia and she loves to eat at places with her name - and the menu doesn't look half bad). I am thinking Boma or Ohana simply because they are so different from the norm - we are adventurous eaters, so no probs there. Hmm, going to allears now to check out menus/reviews again. Thanks!
