My ADRs

So my DH and I are leaving.. not soon enough... but we are going in a couple of weeks to WDW. Although we said we would not make more then 2 ADRs for the trip we changed our minds after thinking of how busy the good places would be. So we have ADRs for every night but one since we are doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour and then just doing a CS meal in Epcot at night.

So... Here is what we've planned
We get to WDW very early Jan. 30th so I figure we will want to rest a bit once we finally get our room at POFQ so we will eat at Boatwrights.

Jan. 31 - Animal Kingdom is open till 8PM so we will head to Boma for 8.30PM

Feb. 1 - nothing is open really late so we will head to Cape May for 8.30PM

Feb. 2 - just CS meal

Feb. 3 - Teppanyaki for 7PM so that we have time to see the fireworks

Feb. 4 - Magic Kingdom is open late so we will go to Crystal Palace for 8.15PM

Feb. 5 - Narcoussee's

Feb. 6 - Epcot is opening early so we may start there then go to the Maya Grill for 5.30 and then head to MGM for late hours.

Feb. 7 - Head home

Your restaurant choices look good. We went to Cape May a couple of years ago and enjoyed dinner and Teppenyaki is really good. Your ADR times are pretty late but if you don't have kids that isn't an issue. My son would never make it eating that late so we plan all our ADRs for 5-6:30.

No kids yet... we usually eat dinner late here at home. We are really looking forward to trying out these places. I have always just camped at FW so I finally get to try something other then stew from a can. LOL

I am driving my DH crazy with plans -- he wants to be spontaneous - I say we will miss out. - Guess I will surprise him - no more discussions Yeah Right! Too Excited!

We were like that but then I read on here and have heard about people having to hunt down a place to eat and then having to wait forever to be seated. We figured that with the meal plan the good to best places will get booked up fast. We also figured that we could always cancel/ change our plans if we needed. But until that time we have something in place to use our Table Credits on.

Mowgli's Mom, make the reservations, don't tell him. You can let him play it by ear, right up to the first time you don't get seated. Then gently inform him you've planned for this and give him the list.

Your plans sound yummy. Cape May Cafe is good. We enjoyed it there.
