Tell me about Hoop Dee Doo

We have an ADR there 1/31 for 5pm and I hear the show is really good. I was going to ask for a balcony seat. Tell me alittle about this show. We don't have a special occasion happening while there and I know they gear alot toward that.

LOVE IT! Its fun and musical and they get the audience involved - and you have to love the pitchers of Sangria~

It is a cute show. Good food all you can eat: salad, chicken & ribs and side dishes, and for desert.... strawberry short cake. They do pick on people for special events i.e. birthday, aniversery.......... They also do audience participation for/during the show. We will be there again in ...... 30 hours!!!

We were there last week and the show was a lot of fun. They did get people with birthdays and anniversaries in on the fun, but also random people in the audience. The food was good and we are going back on the next trip to DW. I don't think there are any bad seats. Pioneer Hall is set up so that everyone can see well.

We love the HDD! The jokes are corny but we have a lot of fun and our kids love it. (7 & 5 years old) I agree there does not seem to be a bad seat.

Just a side note, your table is based on when you booked your ADR, so if you booked it early the chances are you will be on the main floor. I'm not sure if they will be able to switch you to a balcony table or not. It can not hurt to ask. Have fun!

It's full of singing and corny jokes and they do get the audience involved. The food is good and there is lots of it. For my family it is a must do when we go to WDW. We always leave HDDR with a smile on our face and humming. Have a great time!!!

This show is a lot of fun and the food is yummy. The Hoop De Doo players are a riot and the kids will love it. There is audience participation especially for the kids. My DD got to play a washboard.

I think you will really enjoy it.

The Hoop-De-Doo is a blast!

I love the corniness of the show, and the fact that the food is all-you-can-eat!

Your seating assignment is based on when you made your ADR, but there is really not a bad seat in the house.

If you are on the dining plan and are going to Hoop Dee Doo you can only book levels 2 or 3. Level 2 is floor level behind level one and on the balcony in the middle. Level 3 is the rest of the balcony.

I don't think it's possible to have a bad time at HDDR. You just can't help but tap your foot, clap and smile. It's contagious.

Oh, and the food is great!

We're going to HDDR again this year. The kids laughed so hard when we saw it on our last trip.

We called last week to make an ADR for a weeknight in July, and Tier 2 was already sold out!

Good to know.
They must have changed this since we went in May of 2006 because we were on the DP and sat right up front in the middle, the second table from the stage, the table location was great!
