It's for 2006, but it lists all the dining plan locations by area and lists all of Downtown Disney's.

You want to eat dinner at Wolfgang Puck Cafe. Get the filet mignon and ask for the sushi sampler as your appetizer. Work that dining plan!
Our dinner cost as much or more than California Grill and it was only one credit.

We booked Planet Hollywood for our trip in May. Easy to find something for everyone there since there are 8 of us this year.
