i have heard that the dinning plan in 2008. you pay for taxes and the tip,dose anyone know much it is.....

also what about the mickey ear ice creams on sticks & mickey ice cream sandwiches??

Look at at this: Magic Your Way Dining Plan - 2008 Walt Disney World Vacation Packages

It lists all the dining available and what's a snack and what isn't!

I think that all ice cream carts and popcorn carts are considered snacks! A soda or coffee is considered a snack as well!
