Not yet, but a lot of people are hoping for it- myself included!
 From what the rumors say, if they announce, it would probably be around early April.

There are many of us crossing fingers for that to come out. It was offered to people who were there in December if they booked a trip for that time frame and put down a deposit. That makes it look hopeful and doubtful at the same time....guess we know soon enough. April is what I was told too.
