4 Pirate Adventures!!? That's crazy! I knew about the GF, of course, PO, but not BC or CB. Wonder how different they are? Or maybe it's so popular that they had to add more.

I guess so! Especially because they only take a limited number of kids on each one. They added more so they can sell more tickets and make more money!

I booked the Grand Floridian one, though. That's the original. Nathaniel went on it in December and LOVED it!!!!!

YAY!! Your son and my kids will have so much fun!! I can't wait! I thought I read somewhere that they gave their child a disposable camera-Im thinking of doing this- did you do it for your son? My only concern is -where would my boy's keep it? I'm so excited for them! I'm excited to go to the Grand Floridian!!

I wasn't aware of them either...that is great that they do that. They need to have more tea options for little girls ....other than that one that costs a million dollars.

Hmmm...maybe you can somehow attach it to a string and hang it around their neck? I have no clue! I didn't give my son a camera...it would probably end up at the bottom of Bay Lake!

8/24 - ALTHOUGH I WILL BE OFF SITE, I AM MEETING THE MOUSEBUZZ GIRLS AT SPOODLES!!!

8/25 - NONE...OFFSITE

8/26 - CHECK INTO POP! Le Cellier 5:20pm

8/27 - Concourse Steak House 5:30pm

8/28 - San Angel Inn 6:45pm

8/29 - Pirate Cruise at the Grand Floridian for Nathaniel, California Grill for dinner 8pm

8/30 - Whispering Canyon - 5:10pm

8/31 - DTD CS dinner

9/1 - Restaurant Marrakesh 5:30pm

So....what do you think??? I am questioning California Grill. I DEFINITELY want to go there, but do you think we should go during the first days of our trip, while we are off site and pay out of pocket for it? Do you think it's worth 2 TS credits on the meal plan?

And YES, I am aware there are 3 nights ending up at Epcot...BY CHOICE! We just love it there.

So...OPINIONS???
I love all your choices Kim!
Iam so glad you are coming to meet us at Spoodles!!!

I do think you should take advantage of CG on the meal plan.
What i usually do is pay OOP for my least expensive meals (which ends being the breakfasts for me) and sometimes I buy Disney dollars ahead of time so its covered when I get there and dont have to use my Cash/CC's.

Take advantage of the meal plan, you know they offer you so much and if you had to pay OOP you would not splurge as much, ya know?
like getting appetizers and desert included!

Re: My August ADRs...what do you think?

They DO have Adventures in Cooking at the Grand Floridian, too! I was even thinking of signing Nathaniel up for that! But I figured let me try to get him to make the Toll House Cookies at Epcot this trip.

Hmmmm.....good point.

I haven't planned ANY TS breakfasts...and NO character meals so far. I don't think they would be fun since DD HATES HATES HATES characters!!!

I am spending tomorrow night going through all my days and ADRs and making some changes. I will let you know what I decide!

Excellent so far Kim. It looks like a great template for beginners to the dining scene at WDW. As far as restaurants go, we've only been to Crystal Palace and Tony's so we are eager to try some new places later this year.

Tell me about it! I was thinking the same thing when I was looking at all the things they have to offer-that tea party is just a little too pricey for me!

That's funny because after I typed that and thought about it-knowing my 2 sons, they would probably argue over who got to hold it or who got to take the cooler pictures and then it would end up overboard! I think I might just rely on their memory and recall!

Re: My August ADRs...what do you think?

All these ADR's sound great. And of course they are making me hungry!!! Someone asked about Marrakesh. This is a do not miss. I absolutely love the Brewat (sp?) rolls. They almost sound gross, beef with powdered sugar, but this next trip I do believe I will be making an entire meal out of them. That is, if we can even get in. We just decided to go about 2 weeks ago and my friends are kinda wishy washy over the whole trip. They've never been and they want to go to Universal. We'll be staying on property with no car and I'm not renting one either. I'm perfectly happy staying in the world. Not sure where we will be and when so ADR's aren't possible at the moment. I'm definitely looking forward to some Cheddar Cheese Soup at Le Cellier, too. Mmmmm.
