Marrakesh in Epcot is very good. I suggest the platter where you can try a bit of everything. San Angel Inn in Mexico was ok. Loved the atmosphere but I'm not big on mexican dishes. Everyone else in our party loved their food. My mother's dish was excellent though. I love mother's who share their food with their children. LOL

Ragland Road is excellent!

I can't wait to try marrakesh! thanks for the tip on the platter! we had considered Ragland, but DH wanted Rose & Crown & I didn't want both.

Re: ADR Challenge

I was going to say 1900 Park Fare too but someone said it was being refurbed the time you are there.

Crystal Palace is really good too whether you are a Pooh fan or not:)

Cape May Cafe is so yummy for breakfast or dinner!

How about ESPN Club on BW or House of Blues at DTD. We always make a point of going to them on our trips. We are going to try Big River Grille on this trip, that might be a thought too.

Wow so many choices, what to do??????

Re: ADR Challenge

If you like Mexican - definitely eat in Mexico - also, how about Planet Hollywood! Pretty good food (causal dining). Cape May Buffet in Beach Club. Spoodles in Boardwalk (awesome). Print out the list from waltdisneyworld.com (it gives write up of everything about it - you can even download some menus). Good Luck!

I still vote Kona Cafe...it was surprisingly good.

Or Concourse Steakhouse, if you don't have that on your list. I've always wanted to eat there.

1900 Park Fare is really good too! Oh, but that has characters. And they are the girliest, foofiest characters in WDW too. Nevermind.

I just emailed the Kona cafe menu over to Dave for him to take a look at it!
It looks YUMMY!
I may have to give this a try since I missed breakfast ADRs there 80 times on my honeymoon

I ate there on the spur of the moment when I was staying at the Poly...it was so yummy, we ended up eating there several more times! I think I had the Asian pasta stuff like every time...it was delish! And so are their smoothies.

Re: ADR Challenge

Am I the only one that doesn't like Crystal Palace anymore? Has it gotten better again since I had it last? We used to go every year on our trip and after the awful food we had there in 98 or 99 (can't remember), we quit going. It wasn't anything better than a buffet here in Missouri. Not up to Disney standards. Maybe it's time to give it another chance.

I tried the Japanese house on the upper floor. It was great. Now it is on my list everytime we go....

Re: ADR Challenge

I see Kona Cafe listed a lot, and I agree. The food and service are very good. Spoodles was very good too. Both are good restaurants when you want to escape the parks. I haven't been to the Coral Reef in years, but when I was there the food was good and the atmosphere is terrific. If you are doing a 2 credit dinner, my favorite was the California Grill.
