What do you think of Nar...Narcs..whatever

That place in the Grand Floridian..Narcossesses or something?

I stumbled apon the menu on allearsnet.com and it looks SO fantastic..but I have only heard a few things about it. I know it's 2 dining credits but it looks so great.

Also, for you northerners or smart people in general. Dave would like to know if the lobster contains more than just meat on the tail. Is there meat on the body? I think there is meat on the claw right?
Can you tell we've only eaten lobster once?

Bella,

Narcoossee's is a very nice place to eat. The view is fantastic, and the food very good.

As far as lobster, the tail is very tender and sweet, there is some meat in the body, and the claws are also very good.

The tail meat is by far the best. The rest isn't as sweet. If I'm going to eat claws, I prefer King crab instead of lobster. I've never eaten there before so I can't help with that.

Narcoossee's is awesome. Make your ADR for 7:30 pm and request a window seat. You can watch the fireworks over MK. The food is fantastic. Get the calamari appetizer. There is enough on the one appetizer for four people. The food is very good and the staff does an excellent job of taking care of you. I have eaten there 3 times in the past 2 years and always enjoy it immensely.

Funny- many folks I know love the claws over the tail! There are other types of lobsters that don't have the typical "clubby" claws (spiny or rock lobsters, for example), but Maine lobsters have edible claw meat.

IMHO, the claws are the best meat with the tail second. It's been quite a few years since I've been to Narc's...(you know). The food was great but I recall it being very noisey, with lots of hard surfaces.
