Or any good cheesy potato recipe?

Thanks!

I have a great one, but not the one from CP. Here goes:
1 bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken (condensed, not diluted)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Mix all, reserving some cheese for the top. Bake at 350 until bubbly (it usually takes about an hour). YUMMY!! Add paprika to top for color, if you want.
I didn't say it was good for you, but it sure tastes good

Re: CP cheesy potatoes...

I make mine with bag of potatoes obrian, mayo, sour cream, shredded cheese and bacon to top...I add equal mayo and s. cream until potatoes are covered, then cheese, bake until pototoes tender at about 350, and then top with bacon and maybe more s. cream!!! Sounds weird with mayo, but it just adds some flavor...really yummy!!!

By CP I meant Crystal Palace but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the recipes, thankfully none of them are fattening

Fearless,

Haven't been here in a long time, so sorry for the delay. I do have the recipe from CP, it's in the 'Cooking with Mickey and the Disney Chefs' cookbook. I'll pull it out and try to post it tomorrow sometime!
