V&A's dress code

For men, it's a jacket and tie, yes? How formal is it for women? There are so many variations of dress clothes for women that it's hard to know what to wear when it's jacket and tie for men!

Re: V&A's dress code

I have found that in each and every coat and tie establishment I have frequented, Women are allowed flexibility to dress down.

In fact, Most of Disney is "resort casual"..

My guess, however, is that if yer gonna spend that kind of money, I wouldn't dress down at all.

I would suspect cocktail wear is the least she could get away with.

Jeans are right out.

Re: V&A's dress code

Ok, so, I won't need to be in a long dress/gown then. It's so hard to know when men have to be dressed in a tie and jacket what that means for women! Dresses vary so much! LOL Thanks!

Re: V&A's dress code

rob and i dined at V & A on our wedding night. for men, it is a jacket and tie. for ladies, i don't remember exactly what the dress code is, but you can wear a simple dress there. nothing too fancy. that's what i did. rob had on a sports coat with a tie. guys can do that, too.
