Which should we add for our extra day?

OK ...I'm taking all your suggestions and since I can't really make a decision lately, I'll let you guys decide for me! What restaurant should we add for our extra day we added for our upcoming August trip?

I'd suggest Coral Reef if you're on DDP and Crystal Palace if you're paying out of pocket. I voted Crystal Palace. Chef Mickey's is also good, but if you time your meal right at CP, you can watch Wishes from the front porch of CP.

Yes, we are on the Dining Plan.

We were seriously thinking Coral Reef because we love seafood, but its gotten so many mixed reviews....any suggestions on what to order if we do?

I never thought about CP and wishes...what a great idea!

Also, we have always wanted to try Chef Mickeys beacuse of all the great reviews too!

I voted for Coral Reef. We are trying it for the first time this summer. The menu looks good and the atmosphere looks very cool.

I say go for the Yak and Yeti! It is a gamble, but that is the ONE place I most want to eat at!

And so should you!

I voted for Coral Reef. While not in the upper echelon of restaurants on property. I have eaten there several times and have always had a decent meal.

I liked Ragland Road, but since we have eaten there only one time, and it has gotten mixed reviews. Once I eat there a couple more times, then I feel I have the knowledge to recommend or not recommend this restaurant.

I have eaten at Cape May a couple of times and think the food is mediocre so can't recommend that one.

We don't normally do Character meals so haven't been to the rest, but based on the menus, I would vote for the Crystal palace

I voted for Y & Y - but, I would probably make an adr as a back up, just in case - at coral reef! then cancel that one asap when/if Y & Y starts taking ADR'S!

I was thinking the same thing! I could make an ADR for one of these places then wait to see if Y&Y opens and trade.

I really hope its open by the time our trip comes....and on the DDP!

I voted for cape may, because I always enjoy a trip near the boardwalk. You can do a nice job on coral reef with the DDP, but they will rush you through...

it is supposed to open this summer (press release says july) in Animal Kingdom - Asian themed, included table service, & counter service & a gift shop.
