Here is our list of adr's. We have the DDP and we will have the DDE card to help with things that won't fit in our package. We are in Orlando from the 10/26 thru 11/4:

Fri- no adr for MNSSHP #1
Sat- adr for dinner at Planet Hollywood in DTD
Sun- Character Breakfast at Nick Hotel
Mon- adr for dinner at Boma
Tue- Going to the Kennedy Space Center!, adr for dinner at Whispering Canyon
Wed- Check-in at Poly, no adr's conter service at Columbia Harbor House and TTNS during MNSSHP #2
Thurs- Early adr (8:10) at Donald's to try and get an early ride on EE, dinner at Ohannas
Fri- 8:10 adr at Cindy, lunch adr at San Angel Inn
Sat- breakfast adr at Chef Mickeys, Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose
Sun- Last day no adr's

Almost all of our sit-downs are taken care of with the dinning plan except for Cindy's and Chef Mickeys. Our counter service meals work well for 3 days and we will use our snacks at the Food & Wine festival on our Epcot day. Almost everything else should be discounted with the DDE card including the days before we check-in to the Poly. This is an expensive trip but I'm hoping it will be a memorable one!

Roy, I'm pretty ticked off that they've tried to turn the KSC visitors' center into an all day theme park style attraction. I used to love to just drive onto the Cape and wander around the exhibits and not feel obligated to pay to see the IMAX movies or take a tour that day. Now, you've got to be there at opening and must do it all to justify spending $35 or more for the KSC "experience" package. I pay for the upkeep of the Astronaut's Memorial, and I can't even see the freakin' thing without paying full price.

You'll love it. Just get there early and don't expect the best food.

One of the biggest heartbreaks for me was driving down A1A into Cocoa Beach looking to stop at the Fat Boy's BBQ that all the astronaut's pictures used to line the walls, only to discover this landmark of the Space Age was now an Indian restaurant, and the pictures are all GONE!!


Nick Hotel? Are you staying there or just eating there on your way to Universal?

Thanks everyone, we are looking forward to the MNSSHP. When we went to the MVMCP in '05 we ended up going twice so I just planned it in advance and yes we are staying 3 nights at the Nick Hotel in a Spongebob room because my daughter loves Spongebob. tinkerbelle24, the Nick Hotel is a Hotel very near WDW that is themed for Nick cartoons. Soundgod, we will be doing the Up Close tour at Kennedy we are going to try to get there early for one of the earlyest start times. Is this a good tour? My wife wants to see Cocoa Beach, any advice on that?

Yeah, Ron-Jon Surf Shop is open 24 hours. As for the tours they're offering now, I have no ideas. My last official visit to the Cape was in 1995, before they redesigned all their offerings.

Roy, your ADRs sound great. I'm so jealous...MNSSHP twice!!!!

We did the KSC tour last June as a shore excursion on one of our cruises. We didn't dp the up close tour, but we did the all day one where we did the basis tour. It was a nice way to spend the day. We saw some of the IMAX movies, visited the gift shops, took the bus tour and had lunch there. After lunch, the kids were pretty much done with being interested and we left to go to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach. Its a short drive from KSC. I'm sure you will have a great time.

Thanks again all and thanks for the Cocoa Beach tip- go to Ron Jon's! I am going to try to keep a log of each day to help me in doing a trip report. I realized it's also a really good way to remember details of the trip that could easily be forgotten.
